1. Denomination of Origin of Sierra de Cazorla

a) Municipalities

Sierra de Cazorla (Natural park) is he largest nature reserve of Spain. An area of 190.000 hectares that was designated Biosphere Reserve in 1983 by UNESCO. The olive oil of the picual olives has a strong taste with great personality and with a slight itching and bitterness. Furthermore, in the mouth fruity aromas of freshly cut grass, almond, liquorice, artichoke and tomato can be appreciated.
