a) Arbequina :

Its extra virgin olive oil of the arbequina variety is an oil that comes exclusively from arbequina olives collected before veraison.

A harmonious, balanced and smooth oil with little bitterness and spiciness. In tasting it has a great fruity taste of freshly cut grass, tomato and green apple.

Hualdo’s house oil of the arbequina and cornicabra variety are its two flagship oils. Oils with a great national and international recognition, winning the most prestigious awards.

b) Cornicabra:

Its extra virgin olive oil of the Cornicabra variety comes exclusively from olives of this variety. As a result, this oil has a strong and characteristic taste typical of the Cornicabra variety. In addition, it is a variety rich in antioxidants.
