3. Canned fish

Canned fish are a protein source of proteins with very long chain fats that are very beneficial to heart health. They also provide us with a large amount of vitamin B12.

Among the canned foods that you can find in our establishment, these are the following:

  • Tuna in olive oil: Tuna is one of the most consumed fish in Spain. Tuna is a larger fatty fish than tuna and drier. Like bonito, its fat is rich in omega-3 fatty acids, which helps the proper functioning of our circulatory system and our heart. It has a high content of high biological value proteins, vitamins and minerals. The vitamins are mainly of the B group; B2, B3, B6, B9 and B12. The content of the latter is found in greater proportion than other foods, such as meat, eggs and cheese.
Tuna is part of a multitude of dishes of the Mediterranean diet and other balanced diets.
  • Bonito en olive oil and marinade: White tuna is a blue fish with a higher fat content than other fatty fish. Its fat is rich in omega-3 fatty acids which helps us to lower LDL cholesterol, the so-called bad cholesterol and helps the circulatory system function properly. It is also rich in proteins of high nutritional value, minerals and vitamins. Among the most interesting vitamins are those of the B group, such as B2, B3, b9 and B12.

5. Canned vegetables:

There are plant products in high demand that are seasonal. In order to extend their consumption throughout the year, preserves are made from them.

Among the vegetable canned foods that we have at your disposal, these are the following:

  • Asparagus: The asparagus we sell is produced in Spain under the Denomination of Origin of Navarra.
Asparagus with the Denomination of Origin of Navarre is produced and processed in the terms of Aragon, La Rioja and Navarre. Asparagus from Navarre stands out for its softness, absence of strands, smooth texture and exquisite flavour.
The asparagus soil is prepared in autumn. In February and March, cultivation begins and harvesting takes place at the end of April. These are harvested very early in the morning and in less than 6 hours must be treated for conservation, thus achieving the highest quality of asparagus.
