Recommendations:

Sherry vinegar is ideal for use in dressings, vinaigrettes, cold soups such as gazpacho and some desserts.

Elaboration:

This sherry vinegar has been elaborated following artisan and traditional methods, the Criaderas and Soleras method. The best wines have been used and aged in oak barrels.
