This oil is sourced from intensively cultivated, dry-farmed olive groves—resulting in a more concentrated, authentic flavor that reflects the unique terroir of our land.
d) Fresh Harvest

The extra virgin olive oil is losing qualities with light, temperature and oxygen, so we must consume the bottle once purchased and consume it once opened. It should be kept in a cool place and out of a light bulb.
The bottom of the bottle may have some lees left, because the oil is unfiltered. Deposits that do not harm the quality of the oil.
