Very practical tool to spread the honey without it dripping.

a) How to use the honey dipper:

The honey grinder must be placed in the honey pot. Once it has been well smeared with honey, turn the grinder until the dripping is over. Then take the grinder to the dish you want to sweeten.

To clean it, first wash it with water until all the rest of the honey disappears and then wash it with soap and water.

The olive tree is a tree of the family of the oleáceas that can take a height of approximately 15 m, that normally is pruned to him and does not reach heights superior to 4 m. Its trunk is light grey when it is young and fills with bumps and fissures as it grows older. Its wood is ochre in colour with dark brown streaks that draw irregular shapes, giving the beauty to this wood. Olive wood of great hardness, durability, soft to the touch but difficult to saw and work with.

The pruning of the olive tree is carried out after the harvesting of the olive, for the months of January, February and March. Although the olive tree can be pruned at any time of the year, it is pruned at this time of year for olive harvesting.

Once the olive tree has been pruned and its selected branches are buried to achieve two objectives; first to prevent the attack of the little borer insect that pierces and eats the olive tree wood; and second to dry the olive tree wood.

After drying, the logs or branches are sawn and brushed, and they are ready to form the different pieces and utensils.
