Elaboration:

This sherry vinegar has been elaborated with grapes certified as organic by the CCCAE, Andalusian Committee of Organic Agriculture. It is made using traditional and traditional methods, the Criaderas and Soleras method. The best wines have been used and aged in oak barrels.
